Transportes Beleza has been serving clients throughout Europe since 1998 with international home moving services.
With offices in Portugal, France and Belgium, they have built a solid name in a sector where trust is earned one delivery at a time.
Each move requires extensive planning, with a complete service that includes dismantling, packing, transportation and assembly at the destination. When competition is high and every minute counts, simplifying customers’ lives is a priority. It all starts with the quotation process, which is typically slow, manual and error-prone.
Challenge
From manual estimation to automatic precision with AI
The previous system used by Transportes Beleza already put them ahead of most competitors. Customers entered what they had to transport in an online form and, within seconds, they received a quote by email. The process was faster and more practical compared to other players in the market.
